Laura uses a compassionate, direct, and nonjudgmental therapeutic style. She integrates Mindfulness-based techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Reality Therapy to help clients develop deeper self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of personal agency. She is also currently completing certifications in nutrition and mental health, further strengthening her ability to bring a nutrition-informed, holistic lens into therapy when appropriate.

She believes that a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and lasting change. Laura enjoys working with teenagers and adults. She is passionate about supporting clients through life adjustments, anxiety, depression, and helping them reconnect with their confidence and purpose.
