Teen therapy gives adolescents a safe space to process the stress and challenges of a very
unique time in their lives, while learning coping skills that will enable them to navigate through

Play therapy provides children an opportunity to process painful events, express their
emotions in a way that is natural to them, and learn new skills. Our play therapists use a variety of toys and art supplies to develop a positive relationship with the child and facilitate healing
and change.
